Website Terms and Conditions of Use – "unOriginal" Campaign
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the website/platform: unoriginal.work (hereinafter the “Platform”) related to the social campaign “unOriginal” (the “Campaign”), organized by MULLEN LOWE S.A.
I. The Object and Organizer of the Campaign
The purpose of this document is to establish the conditions for participating in the “unOriginal” Campaign, which runs indefinitely through the Platform.
The Organizer of the Campaign is MULLEN LOWE S.A., headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Grigore Alexandrescu no. 89-97, Building B, 3rd Floor, Module A, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/25070/1994, Unique Registration Code RO 6645758, implementing this Campaign on behalf of its final client, Raiffeisen Bank S.A.
The Organizer of the Campaign is MULLEN LOWE S.A., headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Grigore Alexandrescu no. 89-97, Building B, 3rd Floor, Module A, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/25070/1994, Unique Registration Code RO 6645758, implementing this Campaign on behalf of its final client, Raiffeisen Bank S.A.
II. Participation Conditions
The Campaign is addressed to clients and potential clients of Raiffeisen Bank, NGOs, advertising agencies, and any person wishing to upload and download materials related to social and humanitarian communication campaigns via the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a social campaign is defined as an organized set of communication, information, and public mobilization actions aimed at producing positive changes in society. It seeks to influence attitudes, behaviors, or public policies for the benefit of the community.
For clarity, the term Social Campaign also includes any initiative or promotion of causes with humanitarian, charitable purposes, or for raising funds necessary to promote and implement such causes (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Social Campaigns”).
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a social campaign is defined as an organized set of communication, information, and public mobilization actions aimed at producing positive changes in society. It seeks to influence attitudes, behaviors, or public policies for the benefit of the community.
For clarity, the term Social Campaign also includes any initiative or promotion of causes with humanitarian, charitable purposes, or for raising funds necessary to promote and implement such causes (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Social Campaigns”).
III. Campaign Mechanism
To participate in the Campaign, participants must access the Platform, create an account, accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and complete the registration form with the requested information, namely: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. By completing the form, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions included in this document.
Users may upload materials using the “Upload campaign” button in the “My Account” section. Any user can download a material uploaded to the Platform by accessing it and clicking the “Download” button.
Uploaded materials on the Platform are either public or private. Public materials are accessible even to users without a Platform account, while private materials are available only to users with an account.
To successfully upload a material to the website, please complete the upload form, especially the mandatory fields, and comply with all disclaimers mentioned in this form regarding file size and format.

If users upload materials to the Platform and later change their mind or realize they uploaded the wrong material, the material can only be deleted upon sending an email to: support@unoriginal.work. The material will be deleted within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the email is received. The email must include user details, the material’s name, and its technical specifications (duration, format, etc.). If the material is downloaded by other users before deletion, no liability can be attributed to MULLEN LOWE S.A. or to the users who downloaded it; such users may use it in accordance with the conditions in this document.
Users may upload materials using the “Upload campaign” button in the “My Account” section. Any user can download a material uploaded to the Platform by accessing it and clicking the “Download” button.
Uploaded materials on the Platform are either public or private. Public materials are accessible even to users without a Platform account, while private materials are available only to users with an account.

IV. Limitation of Liability
MULLEN LOWE S.A. does not assume liability for any technical malfunctions of the Platform, data transmission errors, or inability to participate due to external factors. Participants assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered in the form/Platform.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the Platform, including but not limited to texts, images, graphic elements, and logos, is protected by copyright and related rights legislation.
The Platform may contain materials, images, texts, video clips, graphic elements, or other types of content (“Materials”) provided or uploaded by users.
Each user who downloads Materials from the Platform for use agrees to include in them, prior to usage, a reference to the unOriginal Platform or to communicate that the source of the material is the unOriginal Platform. The technical characteristics of references to the Platform in materials are:
- References to the Platform must be bolded, at a minimum font size of 20, and placed in a visible and intelligible area for an average reader.
The Platform may contain materials, images, texts, video clips, graphic elements, or other types of content (“Materials”) provided or uploaded by users.
Each user who downloads Materials from the Platform for use agrees to include in them, prior to usage, a reference to the unOriginal Platform or to communicate that the source of the material is the unOriginal Platform. The technical characteristics of references to the Platform in materials are:
- References to the Platform must be bolded, at a minimum font size of 20, and placed in a visible and intelligible area for an average reader.
Types of Materials and Copyright Regime
(i) Materials uploaded directly to the Platform by NGOs
Each NGO may upload materials to the Platform after creating an account.
By uploading materials, NGOs confirm they hold all copyrights and grant users the right to retrieve, adapt, and modify the materials to adapt them to the Social Campaigns they intend to implement. For clarity, no user (NGO or Agency) may use materials uploaded by other entities exactly as uploaded (one-to-one) or for commercial purposes.
(ii) Materials uploaded directly to the Platform by advertising agencies for NGOs
Advertising agencies uploading materials developed for NGOs guarantee that they hold all copyrights and grant users the right to retrieve, adapt, and modify such materials to adapt them to Social Campaigns. No user may use these materials exactly as uploaded or for commercial purposes.
(iii) Materials uploaded by MULLEN LOWE S.A. on behalf of NGOs or advertising agencies
MULLEN LOWE S.A., when uploading materials on behalf of NGOs or agencies, guarantees that it holds all copyrights and grants users the right to retrieve, adapt, and modify the materials for use in Social Campaigns. No user may use such materials exactly as uploaded or for commercial purposes.
General Considerations Regarding Materials
Certain Materials may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties. Since such materials are not entirely created or owned by MULLEN LOWE S.A., it does not guarantee that their use by other users will not infringe third-party rights. Users are strictly prohibited from using or modifying Materials containing images or voices of persons; these are provided solely for inspiration.
Users may view, share, or reuse Platform Materials only as permitted by applicable copyright law and in ways that do not infringe the rights of the respective owners.
MULLEN LOWE S.A. does not assume liability for any copyright or other intellectual property infringement resulting from users’ use of Materials in ways not permitted by these Terms and Conditions and does not guarantee licensing, authenticity, or freedom from rights claims.
Users wishing to retrieve and adapt Materials containing images or voices of persons may contact MULLEN LOWE S.A. at the postal address: Bucharest, Str. Grigore Alexandrescu no. 89-97, Building B, 3rd Floor, Module A, Sector 1, Romania, attention to the legal representative, or by email: support@unoriginal.work to specify the Material and request clarifications regarding copyright and adaptation conditions.
Persons believing that content on the Platform infringes their copyright or other intellectual property rights may request removal by sending a notice to the same addresses, titled: Copyright Infringement – unOriginal Platform, accompanied by relevant evidence.
For clarity, the Platform acts as an intermediary, not as a rights holder.
MULLEN LOWE S.A. grants a non-exclusive, unlimited in time and space license over materials uploaded to the Platform, which may be retrieved and adapted under these Terms and Conditions.
Users may upload, publish, or distribute content such as texts, images, audio-video recordings, graphics, social media plans, or other content (“User Content”) exclusively for social or humanitarian purposes.
By uploading any Content, the user declares and guarantees that:
By uploading Content, the user grants MULLEN LOWE S.A. a non-exclusive, free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, distribute, and publicly communicate such content for the operation, promotion, or improvement of the Platform.
The user remains the copyright holder of their own Content but understands and accepts that, by publishing it on the Platform, others may view, retrieve, and adapt it for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Agency does not pre-verify user content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, or compliance. Upon receiving a notification of potential copyright infringement, the Agency may remove or block access to the content without prior notice.
Users are directly responsible for any damage caused to the Platform, other users, or third parties through published content.
Any non-compliant use of the Platform is considered illegal, and persons involved may be sued by copyright holders under the law.
If a user uses bots to upload materials and MULLEN LOWE S.A. cannot react in time (e.g., during public holidays), users downloading materials acknowledge that the Platform is public, anyone can upload materials, and downloading is at their own risk.
(i) Materials uploaded directly to the Platform by NGOs
Each NGO may upload materials to the Platform after creating an account.
By uploading materials, NGOs confirm they hold all copyrights and grant users the right to retrieve, adapt, and modify the materials to adapt them to the Social Campaigns they intend to implement. (iii) Materials uploaded by MULLEN LOWE S.A. on behalf of NGOs or advertising agencies
MULLEN LOWE S.A., when uploading materials on behalf of NGOs or agencies, guarantees that it holds all copyrights and grants users the right to retrieve, adapt, and modify the materials for use in Social Campaigns. No user may use such materials exactly as uploaded or for commercial purposes.

- (iii) the content is not defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, violent, illegal, or contrary to public morals;
- (iv) the materials do not contain viruses or malicious code that could harm or compromise the system, data, or security of the user or Platform.

VI. Security Measures for Materials on the Platform
Only materials meeting the following technical characteristics may be uploaded:
Download URLs are valid only for one minute after generation.
- Thumbnail, additional images and logo: Image files (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) with a maximum size of 5 MB per file.
- Campaign materials: The following file types are accepted: images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .avif, .webp, .gif, .svg, .tif, .tiff), audio files (.mp3, .weba, .wav), video files (.mp4, .mov, .webm, .avi, .mpeg), documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .xml, .txt, .html), design files (.psd, .ai), archives (.7z, .rar, .zip, .xd), and fonts (.ttf) with a maximum size of 5 GB per file and a maximum campaign size of 5 GB overall
Download URLs are valid only for one minute after generation.
VII. Personal Data Protection
Collected personal data: First Name, Last Name, Email Address. Used exclusively for Campaign administration and legal compliance.
Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Participants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, via email: dpo.bucharest@mullenlowe.ro or at the Agency’s headquarters. Full processing details are in the Platform Privacy Policy.
Security measures include encrypted database connections (SSL), VPN-restricted server access via SSH keys, encrypted passwords (argon2), and rate-limiting for login attempts.
Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Participants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, via email: dpo.bucharest@mullenlowe.ro or at the Agency’s headquarters. VIII. Disputes and Applicable Law
Any disputes between the Agency and participants shall be resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent courts are those in Bucharest. Applicable law is Romanian law.
IX. Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Agency reserves the right to modify this document at any time, with the obligation to publish the updated version on the Platform. Modifications take effect from the publication date or a later date as decided by the Agency.
