Masa Răbdării

Masa Răbdării is a social campaign run by the Social Innovations Foundation that highlights a harsh reality in Romania: for many children growing up in vulnerable environments, a warm meal is not a given, but something they have to wait for. The lack of regular access to nutritious food affects not only children’s health, but also their ability to learn, focus, and build a better future. Through this initiative, we symbolically transform waiting into meaningful action. The funds raised through the campaign are directed toward providing hot meals for children attending the Foundation’s educational centers, supporting both their physical well-being and their educational development. The campaign is carried out with the support of partners and the wider community, using simple and accessible ways to contribute and get involved. Each donation, no matter the size, helps bring children closer to safety, stability, and equal opportunities. Masa Răbdării is more than a fundraising campaign, it is a call for empathy, shared responsibility, and collective action, so that no child has to wait too long for a warm meal and a chance at a better future.
